We Sumitra Enterprises introduce several customer friendly Return ,Exchange and Refund Policy. Please go through the Following Points for more details:-
  •  Before Purchasing or ordering any products we request all our customers that please get update regarding your product that in which all circumstances we return the goods. 
  • If any product received to customer is not appropriate condition what it describe to customer at the time of making procurement ,We initiate return for that               products. 
  • We request all our customers to make an unboxing video for the courier package they received. 
  • If anything found damage we make replacement for that products. 
  • If any product cover any kind of warranty ,Only replacement possible for that product ,we need proper Invoice which provides from Sumitra Enterprises at the time      of making procurement. Please ask your sales person to mention warranty related information in Invoice. 
  •  In terms of transportation mode through railway or other transport company if anything found in damage Condition .It is totally during the transportation so we     are not responsible for that.  Order once placed will never be cancelled, but yes we open the space to modify the order. 
  • Items such as Drone specially for any damage issue found in courier we need opening video. Opening video is also mandatory for any missing items claim. 
  • The maximum time taken for replacement is 21 working days. If at the time of replacement the product is not available in our stock It will take more time than the Maximum time. 
  • Shipping cost will always be paid by Customers. Replacement possible only after we received the damage item from customer side. In case of Drone warranty maximum replacement time always depends the condition and availability of time. 
  •  If anything comes under Refund It will take maximum 7 to 9 working days to initiate the refund. 
  • If Customer make payment through Credit card the transaction charges will not added in Refund amount. Shipping cost will also deduct in case of refund. 
  • Items which under no warranty is in working conditions only when it receive to the customers
